I have bought a month ago in Greece a new Ariston Eco Pro 1 water heater and I have a big problem that no one from the service in Greece can give a solution.
We placed the water heater, the plumber regulated it in 50C with Eco and after one week, it changed by itself to 40C.
I complained to Ariston in Greece, they came and they told me that it was damaged one part of it and they changed it. After exactly one week I had the same problem the water heater changed by itself to 40C while we had programmed it at 50C with Eco.
The service Ariston in Greece told me that the water heater was damaged and they replaced it with a new one.
The plumber -that they recommended- regulated it in 50C with Eco and after one week, it changed by itself to 40C.
As I understand the water heaters didnt have a problem.
I would like to ask you to help me. I believe that the problem is in the regulation. How can I have 50C with Eco?
Or better, can I have in use 50C with Eco?
Please help me because I cant find an answer in the service in Greece and I am sure there is an answer and a reasonable solution. Thank in advance.

Preferred solution: Adequate part numbers to buy replacement part on aftermarket (I have manual which does not give part numbers.) Or ideally sell me the part.

Dear ARISTON Team,
In 2019, I made an update on my thermo-equipments, I have seen your LYDOS HYBRID 80, bought 2pcs of them, and changed my system for those.
Both ones failed.
1st one:

error message F121: system gas fail
The day 04. Oct.
of 2020!
2nd one:
Serial Nr.:362905****807********
No error code, but the compressor system is very loud (on 51-52 waterCelsius) like plate resonating.
The day 15. Oct. of 2020!
I call the region service, the expert have seen, and said:
To 1st one: "no problem, he will ask a new one has to change, due to no chance to repair here"
To 2nd one: "when change the 1st one repair the 2nd one too"
Weeks (months) have passed, 1x-2x/week calls with expert...no replacement, no answer...
Later, I call the ARISTON HUNGARY Center...

1 week ago I sent this email to ARISTON Center:

You can imagine my situation:
I bought close to 1000EUR equipments, those failed, no communication, no repairing.
4moths for nothing, ...my phone cost,...
the power what I could have save...etc
So, if you know, what is the customer focus, then please help to colleagues to solve my problem.

Very bad after sale service

My name Abdelhameed Elsayyad I have very bad experience with your after sale service and call center till now my washing machine still not working.
And problem not solved.
I purchased the Ariston washing machine on 19/11/2019 and after 10 months the paint at drawer location starts to corrupt.
I called call center and after long discussion they understood that it should be under the granty.
They came and restored the paint, but now it is not working and leaking water and giving error no 8.
Today 21/11 one from maintenance team came today and try fix problem but he didn't have required tool.
Also I noticed when he opened the top all wires are not connected properly.
This only means that no one review the work before sending to clients.
For your information I am in this problems since 3 weeks now.
I need the manager to call me and solve the problem.

Hello,
I would like to submit a complaint about your guarantee retailers in Bulgaria! I have bought Ariston PRO R 100 few years ago and it broke down 2 months ago. The process in guarantee return is like going trough *** First you have to go trough few calls until they connect you with the right person. Then this person gives you an appointment for visit from the company, they gave me an appointment got after 1 week. However, they came did some pictures and left, gave me a protocol for the visit and told me I should go to their office and take another protocol for the new boiler. The protocol should be ready in few weeks they say! Waited another week and got there for the new protocol. So basically my ARISTON boiler broke down and I stayed 3 weeks without hot water!!! Forgot to mention I have a wife and 4 months old baby as well. And just today the second boiler I got has broke down as well!!!!!
So now I have to stay without hot water another 3 weeks.
My question is: Is this a company policy, because it looks like it? Thank you for the good product and excellent service!!!
I will never ever buy ariston again in my life!

I am sending you this email complaining about washing machine model WDG 8640 which I had purchased recently from your distributor in Dubai through Carrefour market.
The washing machine malfunctioned Five months after purchasing it and when I contacted the distributor in Dubai, the distributor checked and informed me that the control board need to be changed.
I was so upset and requested the distributor to change the whole washing machine as it is still new and not to fix the control board, but they refused
I am 25 years loyal customer to Ariston brand and during those years I had purchased three washing machines from Ariston and never had any problems
I am sending you this email to kindly provide your help and support in replacing the washing machine with new one instead of fixing it as I cannot accept that this washing machine malfunctioned during the first five month.
